Promotional photos and sneak peeks of "Blindspot" have already been released. When Martin Gero, the creator of "Blindspot" said that he views Season 2 as even more important than Season 1, the fans could not get more thrilled to know what is in Season 2 that could top the events of the previous season.
Variety reported that "Blindspot" Season 2 premiere the true name of Jane Doe, portrayed by Jaimie Alexander. Also, it would seem to provide answers to many of the other lingering mysteries from Season 1.
TV Guide is assuring that nothing compares to the intensity of family drama that Jane Doe is going to experience in "Blindspot" Season 2. "Things are heating up in terms of the steaks, the family dynamic, and trying to get Remy back, essentially." said Luke Mitchell, who plays the character of Roman.
It can be remembered from the previous episode of "Blindspot" Season 2 premiere that Jane Doe was able to meet his brother Roman as she entered a new mission of infiltrating the possible terrorist group known as "Sandstorm."
Meeting Roman in "Blindspot" Season 2 was so timely, and at the same time, strategic for Jane Doe because he served as her contact to bring her back to the group. Interestingly, she also met her foster mother Shepherd, portrayed by Michelle Hurd. Shepherd adopted Jane Doe and Roman at a young age after their parents were killed in South Africa because of their feat against apartheid.
In this week's episode of "Blindspot" Season 2, the story will break everyone's notion of a family reunion. Instead of happiness brought by getting-back-together, the viewers will see that it will just mean more problems for Jane Doe.
Luke Mitchell spilled that the upcoming episode of "Blindspot" Season 2 will be a question of what will Roman do if Jane Doe does not succeed in a test. More so, it will be about Roman impressing upon Jane Doe the importance of Jane finding her way back.
