"Madam Secretary" Season 3 is now ready to spin and roll on air channels when the episode entitled "Sea Change" premieres at 9:00 to 10:00 P.M. Sunday, on October 2, 2016. No less than the Academy award winning Executive Producer and Director, Morgan Freeman himself will appear on the show as Chief Justice Wilbourne.
However, there are also claims that Morgan Freeman wants the glory more than Téa Leoni, but that presumption has already been debunked. Both stars are dealing with their characters in their own way when "Madam Secretary" Season 3 returns.
Once again "Madam Secretary" Season 3, on episode "Sea Change" will depict the cunning display of power of US Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord (Téa Leoni). As KSiteTv reported, the scene is a storm destroying the US naval base in Bahrain as its backdrop. The Secretary attempts to pressure US President Conrad Dalton's (played by Keith Carradine) tactics in dealing with climate change and international policy.
As reported by SpoilersGuide "Madam Secretary" Season 3, will show the brilliant McCord hammering and side-stepping the protocols of politics, to address forthcoming issues. In the middle of the turmoil, McCord's strength is being put to the test when her son's (Jason played by Evan Roe) laptop has been hacked.

However, worry for the family is not a priority at the moment for McCord. "Madam Secretary" Season 3, depicts the exigency on changing the tide, to scrutinize foreign diplomacy and military spending. This is the more pressing issue pushed by McCord that could even ruin Dalton's presidential bid.
