Despite the notions surrounding "Dragonball Xenoverse 2," there are no definite proof that Bandai Namco is regretting the development of the sequel. Also, the gaming developer did not affirm the presumptions. As for the rumors the DLC update would not be free, that inclination is heading on a more affirmative tone.
According to Christian Today, Bandai Namco formerly wanted to release Goku Black as a playable character for gamers that underwent the pre-order process. However, since the update gained negative setbacks and spawning comments from gamers, the character could only be attained by paying for it and not as a preorder.

Moreover, even though Goku Black is now playable for the forthcoming "Dragonball Xenoverse 2," the Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black would not be playable and even presumptions of the character not appearing on the game is rising as well.
