"Tom Clancy's The Division" game developer Massive is now hell-bent in fixing all bugs and glitches in the game that players have criticized for long. In fact, the game was riddled with so many problems that it affected its overall popularity. Now that Massive is concerned, the update 1.4 may just become the savior every fan is waiting for.
Till date, "Tom Clancy's The Division" has gone through numerous server downtimes. Even though they were meant for maintenance, a lot of them were actually for tackling ongoing issues and problems. Recently, the game developers took help from the community to create a team known as the "Elite Task Force," writes iTech Post.
The idea is to fix the game in Massive's base, Sweden. "Tom Clancy's The Division" fans are looking at it as a huge step forward and this move has really boosted fan expectations around the game. During the State of the Game in July, community developer Hamish Bode also mentioned that the game is in a broke state.
Bode also mentioned that a lot of work needs to be accomplished in order to make "Tom Clancy's The Division" regain its lost pride. It is true that the work is magnanimous but working alongside the community may help to a great extent. The move by developers to fix the game in Sweden is to find a solution via the upcoming update 1.4.
It's a good thing that developers are taking the situation seriously and fans may expect the "Tom Clancy's The Division" update 1.4 to fix an array of issues. However, the game may need more than an update 1.4 and it may be too late for the game to make a comeback, mentioned Forbes in August.
The issue with the game is apparently much more than just bugs and glitches and developers need to create an extraordinary endgame content to take "Tom Clancy's The Division" to a whole new level. Other problems also plaguing the game are loot drops, problems with gear sets and raids among others.
