While there's a few more months before the arrival of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," there's already a lot of buzz surrounding the plot of the film, especially after the first official trailer was released. There's also the release of a slew of new toys and collectibles that hint at details of the upcoming film, and new images to scrutinize.

First of all, Slashfilm reports that at least three new movie stills from "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" has surfaced, and they're very interesting thanks to the details of the scene. There's Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso, who is handcuffed, which means that it might be a scene following her capture by the Rebel Alliance. The trailer showed her being summoned from prison to take on a daunting task of battling it out with the Empire.
Another photo shows Ben Mendelsohn's Orson Krennic looking very adamant, as he reaches for the blaster pistol he is armed with. He's flanked by a couple of Death Troopers in the background, who seem to not be alarmed at all about the situation. The last "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" still also features some Death Troopers running from what seems to be an explosion, promising for an action-packed film.
Meanwhile, Wired reports that Hasbro has revealed a slew of collectible toys inspired by "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." Quite interestingly, the Cassian Andor action figure features the character wearing thick garments which imply that he may be appearing in colder climates, and not just the beach battle shown in the trailer. Hasbro's collection also features the TIE Striker, the Imperial AT-ACT Playset, the 12-inch InteracTech Imperial Stormtrooper, and 12-Inch Death Trooper figure, among others.
These aren't the only "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" collectibles to look forward to, as we recently reported on 3D glasses inspired by the Storm Troopers' and Death Troopers' helmets, which are most likely going to be released during the film's debut in theaters.
"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" will premiere in theaters on December 16. Stay tuned to Game & Guide for more "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" news!
