'Pokemon Go' Latest News & Update: New Buddy System Set Exclusively For Legendary Pokemons?

In a couple of days, Niantic will have a grand "Pokemon Go" update in September 5 that would come along with the missing features. It is said to bring new features such as the trading system, Legendary pokemons, special types of incense and the new buddy feature that everyone is talking about.

Buddy Feature For The New Update of 'Pokemon Go'

The new buddy feature of "Pokemon Go" discovered  by some code diggers along with the other game codes that will allow players of the game to select a pokemon in their respective pokedex who can walk beside with the trainer. The pokemon that is walking with the trainer can obtain pokemon candies, an item essential for players of the game to evolve or power up a certain pokemon.

According to a Reddit user, there are several hints of the buddy feature in "Pokemon Go" where players of the game can assign a pokemon to walk beside the trainer and generate buddy candies for the walking pokemon. The new buddy feature can help "Pokemon Go" players acquire pokemon candies. Also, the buddy candies work similarly with the regular candies in the game.

Meanwhile, there is also news claiming that Legendary pokemons will soon arrive via a new update along with the buddy feature in "Pokemon Go." According to Bitbag, the Legendary pokemons will only be encountered once during a player of "Pokemon Go" is in the game, which clearly suggest that the Legendaries are rare find in the game.

However, if one can manage to acquire a Legendary pokemon in his/her travels, "Pokemon Go" players must set the pokemon in the buddy feature to obtain candies for the pokemon. The new buddy feature can take the stress away of in obtaining candies in "Pokemon Go" and convince other players of the game not to cheat anymore.

Also, the buddy feature is already the solution in getting candies without even catching the same pokemons all over again. For more "Pokemon Go" news and update, stay tuned to GamenGuide!
