Samsung Galaxy C9 will be a feature-rich handset that will boast some amazing features such as a big display, long-lasting battery and a pretty impressive storage capacity. The smartphone will most-likely be released in the Chinese market first.
According to Neuro Gadget, the Samsung Galaxy C9 will sport a 6-inch screen and a Full HD display that is definitely lot better than the previous Samsung Galaxy C7. It has a model number of SM-C9000. The device will also be powered by a 4GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset. The processor is the same as the ones found in other C-series devices.
The phone's storage capacity is impressive with a 32GB internal storage and an expandable 256GB microSD slot. phoneArena.com has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy C9 will have a 16MP rear and 8MP front camera. HDR and autofocus features are included. The phone scores high on the battery front as it may come equipped with a 3,000 mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 is rumored to bring a lot of new apps such as Android Pay, customized Google Chrome tabs and the Doze app. It will run on the upgraded Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
Unfortunately, Samsung has not provided any confirmation as regards the price of Samsung Galaxy C9 but internal sources believe it will be priced at $250. Moreover, the release date has not been confirmed yet.
Even though the Samsung Galaxy C9 is expected to be launched in China first, there is also a possibility that it will be launched globally just like the Galaxy A-series. The series was slated to be a China-specific. However, Samsung later launched them in other markets too.
Meanwhile, Samsung recently confirmed via its Columbian website that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will launch in Berlin, Germany, on Sept. 2 at an annual IFA event.
