Microsoft already included more than 200 games in its backward compatibility feature for Xbox One. The list was updated on Aug. 30 as more new titles were added to the roster like the "Forza Horizon 3" and "Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse."
The Xbox One's backward compatibility program started in November 2015 and it continue to expand with more titles being added by Microsoft from time to time. This program clicked because it allows gamers to play Xbox 360 games on the latest Xbox console.
At any rate, on Aug. 26, Xbox Live's award-winning director of programming, Larry Hyrb tweeted that the classic game "Joust" is now available on Xbox One's backward compatibility as well. In addition to the 1982 arcade game, the rest of the recently added game titles are "Call of Duty 2," "Bomberman Battlefest," "Shank 2," "Far Cry 3," "Blood Dragon," "Mr. DRILLER Online," "NEW RALLY-X," "NIN2-Jump," "Triggerheart Exelica" and "Boom Boom Rocket."
Microsoft relayed that they will still be adding hundreds of new games soon. With that announcement, Xbox One console owners should really take advantage of the backward compatibility feature.
