Despite the good success that the series has attained, the delayed return of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 might destroy the legacy that the series has built for many seasons. Claims of the main man, "Maze Runner" actor Dylan O'Brien is still unfit to get back up on the acting screen.
Given the accident that involved the Dylan O'Brien while filming, it is irrefutable that delays would impede the productions for "Teen Wolf" Season 6. With the main cast in jeopardy, many are hoping that the series would still be aired.
However, it stands to reason that more issues are set to form as a blockade for "Teen Wolf" Season 6. Also, with the main characters in a dark spot, there is a possibility that a new series would be formed while the Dylan O'Brien is still recuperating.

In a report from International Business Times, EP Jeff Davis is being linked to render a new series that would be filled with vampires and creepy scenes. It is presumed that this series would take over the reins from "Teen Wolf" Season 6 as it enters hiatus. The report also mentioned that there would be a switch from werewolves to vampires. It would be similar to "Teen Wolf" Season 6 in a sense that it would be creepy and terror filled. However, it does not imply that the series would never return.
In a different note, Variety also mentioned that a new series would be named as "Let The Right One In." Assumptions have skyrocketed that this new segment would be the forerunner to replace "Teen Wolf" Season 6. For the moment, speculations have surged for "Teen Wolf" Season 6 but until the showrunners affirm its authenticity that it would never return, fans and followers of the wolves can still expect some glimmer of hope.
