Recent news surrounding "Pitch Perfect 3" is not boding well these days. Claims of Anna Kendrick not reprising her role are rising as well. "Pitch Perfect 3" is facing speculations of its casting in trouble. However, despite the rumors of Kendrick leaving the franchise, that speculation has just been debunked.
It stands to reason that the film will not be possible without having their star Anna Kendrick who portrays as Beca returns. In a dialogue with Marie Claire UK, Anna Kendrick affirmed her comeback as the leader of the Barden Bellas in "Pitch Perfect 3."

She added that the cast of "Pitch Perfect" frequently texts and keeps each other updated. Unluckily, reporters failed to question Kendrick regarding Adam DeVine's return as Bumper would be true. Kendrick and DeVine has on different project outside "Pitch Perfect" in the lately exposed movie "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates." Also, she presumably has a hand in production for the musical segment as well.
It could be recalled that the previous month, DeVine got stolen on his still unknown fate about "Pitch Perfect 3." "I don't even know if I'm gonna be in it," the actor told The Los Angeles Times. Unfortunately, no more announcements on casting of the movie have been made as of the present. For the enthusiasts, "Pitch Perfect 3" is currently slated for a theatrical release on Dec. 22, 2017.
