This is such an exciting news until you realize that this new project means that his solo film "Iron Man 4" will be pushed to the side for now. Fans wondered if Robert Downey Jr. will still have enough energy to play his iconic role when the time comes that the production of "Iron Man 4" will finally start.
At the age of 51, Robert Downey Jr. is still very healthy and active, but since the filming for "Iron Man 4" is still unknown, his age is ticking and he might be too old to play a superhero. Robert Downey Jr.'s age has brought up whispers and speculations that Robert Downey Jr. will only play a supporting role in "Iron Man 4."
