It is difficult to keep secrets in the gaming world. The Australian Classification Board has revealed details about Uncharted: Fight for Fortune in its listing.
The game has been given a "G" rating for its "very mild impact" violence and drug use.
The game is still being developed by One Loop Games and will be published by Sony. One Loop Games has previously developed downloadable content for Xbox 360, PlayStation Network and mobile phones. The studio has worked on gaming titles like mobile game adaptations of the God of War series, Ratchet & Clank: Going Mobile, Spider Man 3, Wheel of Fortune and James Bond: Casino Royale. It has also rolled out social or casual games. Some of the AAA titles it has worked on include Star Wars Episode 3, Full Spectrum Warrior and The Saboteur.
The official website of One Loop shows it has two secret projects. The site says Project 1 is a "big game." The gaming company is working on a new game that is "unlike nothing you've ever seen before - and it's really fun!"
Fight for Fortune will be launched on multiple platforms that might just involve PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, Playerattack reported.
Fight of Fortune might be a downloadable content via PlayStation Network, Stickskills reported. The game is likely to be a multiplayer-only game.
Unlike previous games, Uncharted, Fight for Fortune is not being developed by Naughty Dog. Developer Naughty Dog is busy with Uncharted: Drake's Deception and an upcoming title The Last of Us, which will be released in 2013.
Some of the previous Uncharted games were Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Drake's Deception won the Video Game Awards 2011 for Best Graphics and Best PS3 Game.
