The latest in the "Overwatch" news has been the recent game patch that is now available of the Public Test Region (PTR). There are mission details, but first, here's how you can join the "Overwatch" PTR today. Take note that, for players to be able to join the "Overwatch" PTR, players need to have the "Overwatch" game license for Windows PC on their battle.net account. Accounts should be active and is not suspended.
To join the "Overwatch" PTR today, first, players need to restart the Battle.net desktop app and go to the "Overwatch" tab on the left hand menu. Form the REGION/DROPDOWN menu, choose "PTR:Overwatch" and click on "Install." Once the "Overwatch" PTR is installed, you can proceed to Play and enjoy the Overwatch Public Test Region.
Meanwhile, the competitive play in "Overwatch" Season 2 has some new details to spare and it includes Route 66. If in the first season you get the Ilios map that rewards you with a spray, a different concept is now available on Season 2. Although we can say that "Overwatch" Season 2 is anticipated to be similar to Season 1, few things remained undeterred and that includes 10 Placement matches, Skill rating determined (1-5000), Skill rating adjusts after each win or loss, Matches last multiple rounds, Earn points by taking objectives and Most points win!
Overpwn featured the "Overwatch" Season 2 miscellaneous string changes that include Shot Put, Track and Field and Display Friend Request Notifications. Over 37 new strings were listed which you can all view here. The "Overwatch" PTR started on August 17, 2016 and players who wish to join the play will have to follow the rules listed on how to join the "Overwatch" PTR today.
