'Pokemon Sun and Moon' Latest, News & Updates: Team Skull Revealed; Old Pokemon Get Alola Versions

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" recently announced a villainous faction under the name of Team Skull. Given that the game is still underway, this particular feat could be another hard hitter to the series.

A work of Game Freak and The Pokemon Company, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" is considered as one of the franchise's most anticipated releases. As it is already made up of multiple teams, other features for some Pokemon are also awaited from the update.

According to Geek, being a tropical themed title makes "Pokemon Sun and Moon" an intriguingly beautiful concept to release, which validates it for more radical ideas. One of these ideas include Team Skull, composed of some pirate-like members led by Plumeria and Guzma, who as early as now, are noted to be potential massive threats. The fresh region of Alola is considerably the inspiration for the approach, which resembles that of Hawaii. Despite the aforementioned feats, the new team and the Alola region are not the only attributes to be excited over in "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

Game Rant reported that some traditional creatures are also granted some new appearances and skills for "Pokemon Sun and Moon". These Pokemon are Marowak, Raichu and Meowth, which will have their own Alola versions.

The other creatures to be excited over are comprised of Morelull, Wishiwashi and Pyukumuku to name a few. Naturally, fans will expect more creatures to arrive for "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" is slated for launch on November 18, 2016 for the Nintendo 2DS and Nintendo 3DS within the North American territories.
