'Fallout 4' Latest News, Release Date & Update: Mods for Xbox One Now Available, PlayStation 4 Release Still Undetermined

Fans of the action role-playing Bethesda game, "Fallout 4" would be happy to know that the mods for the Xbox One and Windows PC versions of the game are now available, with those for PlayStation 4 to follow in the foreseeable future. In fact, the PS4 version is most likely undergoing evaluation at the moment, based on Bethesda's Pete Hines' comments on his Twitter account.

Express UK reports that when asked if the PS4 mods would get a closed beta before its official release, Hines said that it would entirely depend on the evaluation process, which we may assume is currently ongoing. He also clarified that the developers did not encounter any problems creating the "Fallout 4" PlayStation 4 mods, in case fans were wondering. He said that their process was "still under review."

Some news is always better than no news at all, so fans should take comfort in the fact that the "Fallout 4" mods for PlayStation 4 are indeed arriving, only at a later date. Meanwhile, Gotta Be Mobile reports that the studio is looking to release a lot of "Fallout 4" DLC content very soon, following the five already published additional content for the game. In March, Bethesda released "Atomoatron," followed by "Wasteland Workshop" in April. This May, fans saw the arrival of "Far Harbor." The new arrivals include "Contraceptions Workshop" and "Vault-Tec Workshop," and fans are also gearing up to get their hands on the "Nuka World DLC" later this month.

But regardless on what platform one plays "Fallout 4" on, it seems that he or she could already get a glimpse of the "Creation Kit" that Bethesda released. Unfortunately, it's only available for Windows PC and not on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Check out the video below to learn more.
