Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, "Prison Break" Season 5 Michael J. Scofield himself, Wentworth Miller, revealed that he can definitely do more seasons if he will be asked to.
“If Fox or [series creator] Paul Scheuring or whoever came to me and said, ‘We have another idea for another installment beyond this one’ I’d be interested in listening,” the "Prison Break" Season 5 actor said.

But according to Movie News Guide the theme of "Prison Break" Season 5 will be "Love, brotherhood and family," as it always is for the past seasons. "Prison Break" Season 5 will premiere in early 2017.
