The role of Kaley Cuoco's mother and brother are set to join the TV series, which will be played by Katey Sagal and Jack McBrayer as announced at San Diego Comic-Con.

According to Us Weekly, CBS revealed that Katey Sagal is portraying Susan, an overly distressed and anxious mother because of her troubled son, played by Jack McBrayer in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10.
Jack McBrayer, on the other hand, will play as Randall, an ex-convict and a former drug dealer brother of Penny in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10.
Jack McBrayer was surprisingly seen at San Diego Comic-Con and joined "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 panel. He funnily said that he has been "recreationally" in prison when the show's writers asked him about his past.

Moreover, fans are also waiting for the future of Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10.
"Sheldon and Amy go to what we know is a real-life flag convention," "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 writer Steven Molaro said, as per Yahoo! TV.
Fans are also waiting for Amy and Sheldon's first-ever "intercourse" in "The Big Bang Theory," but Steven Molaro explained that it will take a lot of preparation to happen. In fact, they have been planning for it since a few years ago.
If ever that happen in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, Steven Molaro is eyeing to add Bob Newhart as a Force ghost in the scene to give Sheldon a fatherly advice.

The showrunners Steven Molaro and Kunal Nayyar hinted that Season 10 might be the finale of "The Big Bang Theory, but the show's writers refused to comment about the issue at San Diego Comic-Con.
