However, it is expected that Phil Miller (Will Forte) will be seen alive in "Last Man on Earth" Season 3 as he is not seen having blood loss or lying inside a coffin. To recall, he is assumed to be dead as he is carrying the same virus that destroys the human race on Earth.
Phil is about to meet his brother, Mike Miller (Jason Sudeikis), who is an astronaut. So, there is a big possibility that the husband of Olivia Wilde will be seen in "Last Man on Earth" once again.
Will Forte didn't deny his return in "Last Month on Earth" Season 3. In fact, he confirmed that they are all looking for more possibilities to make the show better.
