Now that production for "Law & Order: SVU" Season 18 has officially started, fans are wondering how things will go for everyone, especially for Lt. Olivia Benson after the shocking death of Mike Dodd's in the "Law & Order: SVU" Season 17 finale.

As of now, there is no way possible to know if Lt. Olivia Benson and Chief Deputy William Dodds will have a conflict in "Law & Order: SVU" Season 18 due to this unfortunate circumstance or will they work together professionally like they always did in the past seasons of "Law & Order: SVU."
The whole "Law & Order: SVU" Season 18 team knows, including Lt. Olivia Benson, that there is nothing they can do now to bring Mike Dodds back, so they have no choice but to accept the fact that he's gone and move on.
