As per Crossmap, fans can expect "The Last of Us 2" to be more shocking with a lot of appalling deaths that will be based on psychological dismay.
There are also a number of fan-made theories about "The Last of Us 2" surfacing online. One of the most popular is an assumption that Anna, Ellie's mother, will be the main focus of the game this time.
However, some said that the aforementioned idea is better to be an expansion pack for "The Last of Us 2."
But, as there is no official announcement made yet, Naughty Dog can get inspiration from these notions to produce a great "The Last of Us 2" gameplay.
A More Frightening 'The Last of Us 2'
There are, too, swirling reports that in some parts of "The Last of Us 2," the screen will be suddenly cut to black.
It said that through this, Naughty Dog can make use of "The Last of Us 2" players' imagination on how the characters will die. This can also work as another way to make "The Last of Us 2" more frightening, Parent Herald reported.

Meanwhile, Game & Guide previously noted a possible cover art of "The Last of Us 2." In the image, a pregnant woman was seen and believed that could be either Ellie or her mother, Anna.
The label it bears, "The Last of Us 2: American Daughters," too, is being considered to be the sequel's next title.
There are no concrete details about "The Last of Us 2," but some expect it to be released in 2017.
