The "Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director Tai Yasue explained that "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" is the key to understanding the storyline of "Kingdom Hearts 3."
If you will not know anything about Aqua's sorrow and torment in "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue," you will not be able to attach yourself to the character when you finally get your hands on the much awaited "Kingdom Hearts 3."
'Kingdom Hearts 3' poor ratings due to delay
Gaming Bolt reports that "Kingdom Hearts 3" only nabbed the 8th spot in the latest Famitsu Charts. (See full chart here).
It appears that even though "Kingdom Hearts 3" is a much-awaited game, the delay may have been too much for the fans that they lost interest in "Kingdom Hearts 3."
The site revealed that this has been the highest position that "Kingdom Hearts 3" ever reached. Unfortunately, the much-hyped "Kingdom Hearts 3" has never reached the Top 5 in the Famitsu Charts for months now.
'Kingdom Hearts 3' E3 2016 news and update
As expected, "Kingdom Hearts 3" was not the main focus of Square Enix at E3 2016, leaving fans with no choice but to wait for new updates to know more about the game and eventually get their hands on "Kingdom Hearts 3" as soon as "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" launches in Winter 2016.
Could this be another reason for fans to be turned off that there was no mention about "Kingdom Hearts 3" at all during the E3 2016?
It seems that the fans may have already expected to not learn anything about "Kingdom Hearts 3" yet, but they may want to know just a little detail of the game to keep them excited.
The "Kingdom Hearts 3" trailer stated that the game is "currently in development."
