A new image which believed to be the cover of the upcoming "The Last of Us 2" is now surfacing online. To recall, at the end of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," an Easter egg was seen with a caption, "The Last of Us - American Daughters."
The illustration was also seen on the "Last of Us" Twitter page. Its artist, Richard Lyons, claimed that he's not allowed to talk about the story of the cover, according to Yibada.
However, as the eagle-eyed fans quickly assume, they think that the pregnant woman in the picture is Ellie. She is the main female protagonist in the original "The Last of Us."
But, there is also a possibility that the girl in the image is a different character. As explained by Naughty Dog spokesman Neil Druckmann, "The Last of Us 2" might feature new individuals aside from the two original main roles.
There is also a chance that the expectant mom in the picture might be Anna, the mother of Ellie.
