"General Hospital" continues to keep viewers on edge with the shocking death of the primary suspect in the slew of murder mysteries.
The yet unidentified murderer, whose weapon of choice is a deadly syringe, has chosen to erase Dr. Matthew Mayes (played by "Big Time Rush" and "Murder Among Friends " actor Matt Riedy) from existence. During last Friday's episode, fans saw the mystery murderer remove Dr. Mayes from the game, putting the question back on the table: Who really is the killer?
A few people are off the hook, of course, as Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) could not have done it thanks to his incarceration. Dr. Finn was suspended and jailed because he performed an unauthorized examination on a patient and refused to answer questions about his shady activities.
While Franco (Roger Howarth) may look like a primary suspect following Dr. Mayes' death, TV Source Magazine claims that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) believes in Franco's innocence. Speaking of the Webbers, it seems that Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) may be a suspect in the crimes committed by the mystery murderer, as she has a criminal past as well.
Meanwhile, a few spoilers for the upcoming episode has been released by ABC, and fans can expect to see Julian (William deVry) attempt his escape, while Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a bold step forward to tell the truth. Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) will finally uncover the truth behind Spencer's (Nicolas Bechtel) telephone correspondences. The next episode will also find Jason (Billy Miller), Sam (Kelly Monaco), Nikolas (Nick Stabile), and Ava (Maura West) trapped in a sticky situation.
