'Destiny 2' Coming In 2017
"Destiny 2" publisher, Activision, gave a glimpse of its plans for the upcoming game. However, it tried not to spill any specific information about the title.
It only revealed that "Destiny 2" will be in the works and now included in Activision's lineup of games for 2017, according to Christian Times.
A Big DLC For 'Destiny: Rise Of Iron Infusion'
Activision also divulged that it is about to unveil a big DLC for "Destiny: Rise of Iron Infusion" in September.
The new expansion pack might be the last of four biggest "Destiny" downloadable contents before the coming of "Destiny 2."
'Rise Of Iron' Expansion Pack
The upcoming expansion pack may be called "Rise of Iron." It is set to bring back the fight to Hive and have its own version of space-Satan, Lazy Gamer cited.
In 'Rise Of Iron,' everything seemed to settle down when Oryx was gone somewhere in Saturn. In fact, it was too silent as the Fallen roused the trouble in Plaguelands beyond the wall.
"This new story is much more heroic and heraldic, borrowing from some Norse themes," Community Manager Eric Osborne told Cinema Blend.
The Gameplay
It looks like Bungie is trying to toss the characters in the new DLC "Rise of Iron."
Lord Saladin risks the tower to do business with an ancient enemy as Osborne unveiled a different kind of story.
"Rise of Iron" is about to have a new Raid and Strikes, the latest public events and a number of multiplayer contents. Also, it will carry the much-awaited new Gjallarhorn.
"Rise of Iron" DLC will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as fixed by Activision and Bungie coming in September.
