The upcoming "Horizon: Zero Dawn" is one of the most anticipated exclusive game of PlayStation 4 coming next year. To keep the game aficionados more teased, Guerilla Games gave a glimpse of the third-person video game's story at Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016.
'Single-Player' Gameplay
Guerilla Games lead writer, John Gonzales, described "Horizon: Zero Dawn" as an open-world action role-playing game set 1,000 years in the future, according to Venture Beat.
"Horizon: Zero Dawn" settings will be back to the Stone Age following the disaster that hit the human race.
Here in "Horizon: Zero Dawn," human beings are no longer the foremost breed in the universe as the Earth is once again regained by Nature. "The masters of this world are the machines," John Gonzales explained.
The Lead Character
The gamers will play as Aloy in "Horizon: Zero Dawn," the tribal outcast who is exploring the world to understand the foundation of human kind.
"This quest puts you on a collision course with the biggest mysteries and the biggest dangers of this world," John Gonzales added.
Aloy will fight the harmful, dinosaur-like machines in "Horizon: Zero Dawn" complete with electronic bow and staff.
As a hunter, Aloy makes "Horizon: Zero Dawn" market full of her forages from the robot dinosaurs, Digital Trends reported.
These dinosaurs leave Scrap, once down, that will serve as "Horizon: Zero Dawn" money that can be used to buy items, which can be enhanced and customized.
'Horizon: Zero Dawn' Nora Machine Trapper's Special Pack
"Horizon: Zero Dawn" can be bought in two versions, digitally or from physical stores, Cinema Blend cited.
However, either from the two, anyone who will buy "Horizon: Zero Dawn" in pre-order will have a special Nora Machine Trapper's pack.
The Nora Machine Trapper's special pack comes with every purchase of "Horizon: Zero Dawn" even if it is pre-ordered at GameStop, Electronics Boutique, Amazon or directly from the PlayStation Store.
"Horizon: Zero Dawn" will exclusively release for PlayStation on Feb. 28, 2017.
