Bandai Namco Entertainment announced several characters that will be available in "One Piece: Burning Blood," including Ace, Sabo, Kuzan, Smoker, Captain Kid, Dracule Mihawk, Sengoku the Buddha, Gekko Moriah, Bartholomew Kuma, Kizaro, and Luffy in his Gear Fourth, alsko known as his superpower mode.

"One Piece: Burning Blood" characters can now use their Devil Fruit abilities or special moves in battle, like Crocodile's super sand form and Sabo's scorching fire attack.
Since you can now activate your Devil Fruit in "One Piece: Burning Blood," this also means that your opponent can do the same.
So when this happens, you can counterattack with the Haki, which is a shockwave move that blows away your opponent and negates the Devil Fruit's effect.
