Fans are itching to know more about the most anticipated FPS title "Battlefield 1." The reveal trailer has been shown a week ago and fans got a good look of what to expect from EA's new addition to the "Battlefield" series. Here's some legitimate information so far.
Battle Ground
The game is set during the time of World War I. Players will be taken in various battle locations around the world. At the moment, Arabia, Italian Alps and the Western Front are confirmed included Battlefield 1 locations.
Checked for Accuracy
According to TechTimes, "Battlefield 1" is believed to be historically accurate as this is the conclusion of history experts who have seen the recent trailer. There may be a few factual inconsistencies and fictional elements involved but overall the game offers a realistic portrayal of the first global conflict. The game itself is filled with historical lessons that might inspire players to learn more about the first global war.
As the "Battlefield 1" trailer reveals the game to be highly realistic, it is worth noting that the combat style seems to be rendered faithfully. "Battlefield 1" showcases a lot of WW1-era combat gears, weapons and vehicles to give players the feel of the period. Clearly, the developers of the game did a good job in documenting the era to capture the spirit of the time.

However, "Battlefield 1" should not be taken as a war simulator. The game itself is garnished with a good amount of fantasy elements and historical twists. What is more, some scenes of the trailer might not be included in the final release.
