The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is just a week from release, but you can get a jump on everyone else by pre-loading the game now. Any of the million players who have pre-ordered it on GOG.com, Steam and Xbox One can now download all the files necessary for the game, which will unlock on May 19.

PS4 owners will be able to pre-load it "soon" according to CD PROJEKT RED.
On GOG.com the game will currently run you 24.5 gigs total, unpacked. This is a nice way for them to promote GOG Galaxy as well, their completely optional client that will allow you to easily download games from your library, as well as keep them auto-updated with new patches, enable game-time tracking. and unlock achievements.

There's some more exciting news as well, as it's been revealed just when the game will unlock. Since The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be officially released and unlocked on May 19, at 1:00 a.m. CET (Warsaw time), that means that many of us will get it ealier.
