Developer Full Control has released the Dark Angels Expansion, 'Bringer of Sorrow', to their turn based strategy title Space Hulk: Ascension today for PC, Mac and Linux.

This is the third such expansion, following the Imperial Fist and Salamander add-ons. The expansion unlocks the elite 1st Company Deathwing from the secretive and powerful Dark Angels chapter of Space Marines.
With them and their considerable plasma cannons also comes an additional 20 story and 20 flash missions for approximately 25 hours of new content. "Written by Black Library author Graeme Lyon, the story campaign "Bringer of Sorrow" sees the planet Corinthe under attack by Tyranid forces, with a newly emerged Space Hulk that has to be eliminated by the Deathwing."

"The Apothecary will give your team some incredible buffs, while the Plasma Cannon is one of the most destructive weapons the Genestealers will have the displeasure of facing!"
The Apothecary unit is the Bard class of the game; sure, they can mix it up, but they work much better in a support role, bolstering nearby Terminators and generally most effective for the more cautious and defensive minded player.
The Dark Angels expansion is currently available on Steam for a 10% discount. Later this year, players will also get to control the Deathwing space marines in the upcoming FPS action title Space Hulk: Deathwing. Well, when you're the first among all the many chapters of the universe, you tend to get first billing in a lot of merchandising.
