Fresh off yesterday's announcement of the new film, Pokemon The Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, which introduced the world to the 720th (!) Pokemon, the company has revealed that Hoopa will be joining Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in the coming months.
Pokemon The Movie: Hoopa And The Clash Of Ages Announcement Trailer
Hoopa is a Mythical Pokemon that, at least in the film trailer, uses rings to summon forth other Pokemon from some great void. However, there is more to the creature than unfathomable power and slightly annoying voice; she can change form. Hoopa Unbound "is the new and truest form of Hoopa, which until now has had its power sealed away. The rings it carries have the power to bend dimensions and are said to allow it to seize anything in the world."
Seems kind of like a trump card to me, and why is this legendarily powerful creature allowing itself to be captured by some punk Pokemon trainer?

The transformed Hoopa is like some kind of twisted Vishnu, with six arms and a bunch of rings that allow it conjure the dark forces of the world.
However, much like encountering and capturing Hoopa, which will be no small feat at first, triggering the transformation process will be as equally shrouded in mystery. But the rewards will most certainly be worth it.
The Pokemon Company also released some stats for all of you masters out there:
