Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power has been announced, the next in the very well-received line of co-op platforming adventure titles from Frozenbyte Games.
Far Cry 4 Yeti DLC Is Coming On March 10
The series broke the 7 million copy sales mark last year, an impressive feat for what began as a small and somewhat niche game. The colorful fantasy titles combine class-based skills and well-designed platforming puzzles with online cooperatve play, challenging you and your friends to ovecome obstacles using unique ability sets.
Trine 3 will continue that trend, and it looks visually stunning in the trailer below. The vibrant colors and settings remain with excellent lighting and effects, and the animations look really fluid. There also look to be new camera perspectives: the previous games were sidescrolling only, but the trailer shows off some swinging cameras and behind-the-back views as you traverse the levels.
Our Impressions Of Homeworld Remastered Collection So Far
The title will launch first on PC--the only officially announced version so far. That said, it's very likely Trine 3 will make the jump eventually as its predecessors did. If you've never played the series before, I'd definitely reccomend you watch the trailer. It's gorgeous, the music is appealing, and unless the gameplay is a vast departure from the previous titles, the levels and challenges are very well-designed. If you're a returning fan, the video will be a big teasing treat--enjoy.
