A launch trailer has been released to show what the game is all about, and it's quite stylishly done. The song choice works strangely well, and the trailer provides a mixture of the drama, intensity, and high action that Homeworld is all about--you can watch it below.
The collection includes both Homeworld 1 Remastered and Homeworld 2 Remastered, as well as preserved versions of the original games. The multiplayer components of each ahve been combined into one experience, as well, not forcing you to choose between the different titles. In addition to the completely new models and textures, the Remastered Collection offers 4K HD resolutions, a far cry from the original versions of the games released in 1999 and 2003.

Gearbox President Randy Pitchford also noted that the game has reached more than 100,000 pre-sales, noting that it did so with a short PR campaign and what he calls no "retail strong-arm tactics". Enjoy the new trailer below, and check out Homeworld Remastered Collection when it launches tomorrow on Steam. It's currently available for pre-order at $29.74, but will go back up to $34.99 once it launched.
