Required specs most likely doesn't mean that the game won't run at all, but you'd have to expect needing to lower settings and resolton fairly significantly. Most players don't enjoy having to turn off bells and whistles or play at medium or low settings, but machines falling at or around the minimum should be able to at least play the game if thats what their owners desire. The choice is yours, which of course includes console alternatives.
