Amazon Green Monday Video Game Deals: PS4 And Xbox One Bundles Come Loaded With Free Games Today Only

Green Is The New Blue: Amazon's Green Monday Video Game Deals Include PS4 And Xbox One Bundles Loaded With Free Games

Happy Green Monday! What’s Green Monday? That is an excellent question. Originally coined by eBay to celebrate a particular spike in sales, the second Monday in December is but another in the long line of colorful descriptors we now use to mark the month-long glut of holiday sales.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Footage Debuts At PlayStation Experience

Amazon is getting in on the sweet deals on this Green Monday. Today only, you can purchase a standard PlayStation 4 for $399 and get your choice of any one of four digital download games: NBA 2K15, Destiny, LittleBigPlanet 3 or Far Cry 4. An AAA title for free is a fairly good Christmas gift to yourself or others.

The digital download code expires on January 3, 2015 so you have time, but it’s amazing how quickly that time can just disappear into nothing.

The Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris Launch Trailer Is Silly, Ridiculous And Great

If you perhaps already have a PS4 and are looking to round out the next-gen offerings, Amazon also has an Xbox One Assassin’s Creed bundle that comes with both the new Assassin’s Creed Unity and last year’s Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The bundle also comes with a 12-month Gold Membership to Xbox Live. And, if you act soon, you can receive two free games via this month's Game With Gold deal: Zoo Tycoon and Max: The Curse of Brotherhood. Sure, they aren’t hugely known titles, but don’t tell me you haven’t haven’t had fun with the Tycoon games in the past? The whole bundle is on sale for $389.98.

There are a bunch more month long savings deal on various video game titles. So in case you missed any during the last two months, now is the perfect time to catch up on the year’s biggest releases. Head on over to Amazon to see what’s on sale.
