With the screening of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises at the CinemaCon 2012, Tom Hardy's Bane audio apparently showed off a much, much clearer audio.
Criticism about Bane's voice and audience finding it difficult to understand, apparently has led the studio to touch ups on the villain's vocals.
"The five minute reel at CinemaCon looked and sounded absolutely gorgeous as we knew Christopher Nolan would make sure of," writes Best Movies Ever Entertainment News.
Though there have been speculations earlier that Nolan would not be cleaning up the muffles after its trailer was released in the IMAX-exclusive sneak peek attached to Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol last December, however, the recent footage screened showed that Bane's distorted dialogue has been fixed.
"Bane was not muffled at all now. Indeed, I feel confident saying he was crystal clear now! So we can finally lay those "mumbling" memes to rest," reports IGN.
The best part of screening the footage was the clarity of Bane's audio as compared to the original trailer which came out in December last.
"During the beginning of the footage we saw some moments from the seven minute IMAX prologue that had previously been released. The muffled sound of Bane has been absolutely cleaned up so you can now hear him like he's standing next to you", as reported by Collider.com.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Tom Hardy who is playing the Bane had earlier said, "It's a risk, because we could be laughed at-or it could be very fresh and exciting. The audience mustn't be too concerned about the mumbly voice, as the film progresses, I think you'll be able to tune to its setting."
With a clearer listening experience, fans can now gain a better perspective of how bad of a villain Bane really is. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Hardy explained how Bane's role in the new film contrasted with the Joker from The Dark Knight.
"The Joker didn't care. He just wanted to see the world burn, and he was a master of chaos and destruction, unscrupulous and crazy," said Hardy. "Bane is not that guy. There is a very meticulous and calculated way about Bane. There is a huge orchestration of organization to his ambition. He is also a physical threat to Batman."
"There is nothing vague about Bane. No jokes. He's a very clean, clear villain," said Hardy.
Fans eagerly await for the film which is due to come out in theatres on July 20 to comment on its final version.
Bane can be seen in the latest release of promotional images battling with the caped crusader. Batman is also seen riding the Batpod and posing in front of the new Batwing plane. Click "START" to check it out.
