The recent patch for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare that helped to fix the game's early connectivity problems and added in a couple of community suggestions has now hit the Xbox One, according to one of the developers.
Noble eSports Announces The Lineup For Its Next Call Of Duty Competitive Team
Early this week, this update went live for both the PC version and PlayStation 4 version of the game, and yesterday the patch went live for the Xbox One. The update, among other things, added in some connectivity optimizations, which hopefully will start to alleviate the lag problems that many players were reporting at launch.
So far, nothing seems to be said about either of the last-gen console versions, though the patch notes do mention that "all platforms" will be receiving updates.

The developers also say that the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game will be getting yet another patch within the week, so keep your eyes open for this second update.
Other than the lag fixes, the patch fixes a couple of issues with the Presitge system, specifically bugs that affected Prestige resetting. The update also takes care of problems with Win/Loss ratios during round-based multiplayer games.
Further, the developers used this patch to implement a couple of suggestions that they had fielded from the community. These little additions include the ability to play by eSports rules during private matches and an increase in the maximum score in Kill Confirmed games, for those of you who are just too talented for the system to handle.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is now available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
