ASTRO Gaming recently released a line of A50 officially licensed Xbox one wireless headsets, but now they have something for Master Chief fans. They have just released the A50 Wireless Halo Edition headsets, just in time for Halo: The Master Chief Collection's arrival on November 11.

Functionally they're no different than the standard A50 headsets, but instead of black with green highlights it comes with an army green palate with gold-hued accents, modeled after the Chief himself.
These offer Dolby 7.1 surround sound and 5.8GHz wireless technology, which operates at a higher frequency than the 2.4GHz of most headsets and thus offers more clarity and range. The headset also comes with three different custom audio/EQ profiles, including one that's tuned to make sure that you hear Halo better than anyone else.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection Achievements Revealed
If you already own an A40 headset and wish you could get your Master Chief on, ASTRO Gaming has also revealed four limited edition sets of Halo Speaker Tags. You can place these in the spearkers to customize them even futher, and each set is themed for one of the main titles in the franchise, Halo 1 through 4, and features artwork direct from the game. Each set will run you $25, or $10 with the purchase of a headset, and you can find them here.
The A50 headset itself is definitely on the high end of things as far as both quality and price, as it comes in at $300. For those who want the best headset available for the system though (and who are excited about the upcoming Halo eSports tournaments, perhaps), this seems like the perfect choice.
