Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Zero Edition is available worldwide today following very popular midnight launches around the globe.

The first title in the series by developer Sledgehammer Games, Advanced Warfare gives your soldier control of the exoskeleton, a powerful suit that grants you several new abilities. Oh, and Kevin Spacey is part of the campaign.
The Zero Edition launches ahead of other versions of the game, giving fans 24 hours of early access to the title along with its other bonuses. It includes two custom in-game weapons--the AK-12G assault rifle and Crossbow-B2--a full day of double XP on November 3, and access to the Advanced Arsenal. The Advanced Arsenal consists of an in-game custom Bullet Brass exoskeleton and in-game custom EM1 Quantum weapon.

So, needless to say, Activision is excited. The story is a self-described "ripped from the headlines of tomorrow" narrative about the military industrial complex, private corporations--all of the fun political underpinnings of the military. Spacey plays Jonathan Irons, one of the most powerful men in the world at the head of the private military conflicts. The weapons and gear are supposedly based on researched, realistic technology, and the developers are proud of their work,
