When the Age of Ultron trailer landed earlier this week ahead of schedule, it was fair to say that we, along with the rest of the internet, lost our minds. We simply kept watching it. To call it one of our most anticipated movies of 2015 is an understatement; everything else is lost in its shadow.
More Age Of Ultron Footage Coming Next Week On SHIELD
Which reminded me of something else coming out. Dragon Age: Inquisition, the third in Bioware's tremendous RPG series. And wouldn't you know? Both the movie and game share a common word, so naturally, we busted open a bottle of the cheap stuff and cut together a new trailer for Inquisition using the Age of Ultron soundtrack underneath.
The footage was culled from the four Dragon Age: Inquisition cinematic trailers released over the course of the last year. I must say, I am particularly pleased with the result. The finished product lacks the polish and flash, and transitions, of the original Ultron trailer which is a direct result from my lack of editing experience. A little rough, but a little fun and repurposing the central idea of Ultron's 'puppet' symbology and transposing it onto the dragons of the game.
