The Saints Row franchise is always good for some over-the-top weapon designs, and the Gat out of Hell standalone expansion coming in January is no exception. In the new weapons trailer, publisher Deep Silver categorizes Johnny Gat's arsenal based on the Seven Deadly Sins before revealing a change of plans for the expansion's release date.
World of Warcraft 6.0.2 Patch Details Released
Throughout his trip to Hell, Johnny Gat will have plenty of weapon options in his ultimate quest of killing Satan himself. The weapons trailer shows off everything from a gun that shoots gold coins to an armchair turret to a fraternity paddle that Johnny uses to send an enemy demon flying through a goal hoop.
The trailer also reveals that the release date for Gat out of Hell has been moved up to January 20, so Saints Row fans will be able to make their Johnny Gat debut earlier then expected. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One port of the game, Saints Row Re-Elected, is still listed by retailers as coming out January 27, however.
Crusader Kings II Charlemagne DLC Released
In Gat out of Hell, players will fight their way through Hell in an attempt to save the Boss. Though the standalone DLC is obviously named after main character Johnny Gat, players can also choose to play as Kinzie Kensington as well. Demon-slaying is not a gender-exclusive affair, after all.
Gat out of Hell will be available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC players in January.
