WWE Superstar Zack Ryder, in a fairly direct dismissal of the possibility, tweeted to a fan that he probably would not be a part of this fall's 2K Sports game WWE 2K15.
WWE SuperCard Making Crazy Bank, Most Successful WWE Casual Game Ever
“@jblrules316: @ZackRyder Are you in WWE 2K15?” I don't think so

Well, can't get any clearer than that. To be frank, it's not like the absence of Ryder will upset many a fan (no disrespect to any Zack Ryder fans reading) since his star had been waning in recent years, with him being declared a lower tier babyface by The Professional Wrestling Torch Newsletter at the start of this year. He won a match against Fandango fairly recently after a months-long dry spell, but even that was only after Layla intervened.
WWE 2K15 Roster Not Complete Yet
WWE 2K15 recently announced 62 Superstars, Divas and Legends that will be part of its roster, but more will be added before release - mostly from the NXT line-up. You'll be able to relive legendary grudges and rivalries thanks to its 2K Showcase mode, and Create Your Fighter mode will allow you to... well, create your own fighter to team up with or feud with known Superstars, Divas or Legends. WWE 2K15 will be coming to consoles this fall, with an October 28 drop date for North America and October 31 for Europe for both current and next gen consoles.
