Huge news for zombie survival fans- multiplayer shooter DayZ is coming to the PlayStation 4.
DayZ was a surprise hit for the PC, with the standalone version of the game hitting selling 400,000 in a week and going on to sell more than two million copies. This is for a game that's still in Early Access, with a full release still months away!
It's basically unheard of, but it goes to show you the robust community of fans that has been built up around it. One thing that always surprises people about its success is that there's no built-in story whatsoever. It's the ultimate in ludonarrative, a game whose stoy is crafted entirely by the actions of the players playing it.
