Several new screens from the upcoming Halo: Nightfall digital series have been released by 343.

The new shots show off Jameson Locke, played by the striking and quite talented Mike Colter. What exactly the character will be doing in the miniseries is anyone's guess, but he sure looks determined as hell to do it.
The screenshots were released ahead of tomorrow's San Diego Comic Con, where Halo should have a presence. The Halo: Nightfall series is being produced by legendary director Ridley Scott via his Scott Free production company. David Zucker and Sergio Mimica-Gezzan are directing.

Colter has worked with Zucker on The Good Wife where he played drug dealer Lemond Bishop. I mean this entirely when I say that the show, which stars Julianna Margulies, is really quite good and worth your time.
Halo: Nightfall will be released as part of the upcoming Halo: The Master Chief Collection this holiday season. The game is a collection of all four previous Halo games, newly remastered with updated graphics and effects.
Little else is known about the plot surrounding Halo: Nightfall. The imdb page is quite light on details and of the two characters currently know, Locke is the only familiar face. Jameson Locke has been on the sidelines of several Halo titles, usually compiling reports about all the shit Master Chief gets himself into and out of.
The character will have a role in the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians from 343 Studios, which will no doubt be one of the most anticipated games of all time.
So what do you think? Did they capture Locke?
