Adorable 3D platformer game Misc. A Tiny Tale is set to come to the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in 2025 following a delay from its original 2022 Switch launch.
The reveal of the new release date came alongside a trailer that showcased just how charming the game is. Misc. A Tiny Tale is a 3D platformer where players will take control of a due of cute little robots.

They will have to go on an epic journey to collect a variety of items across a massive garden world. Developer Tinyware Games seems to have been inspired by the successful games in the genre. These include Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie.
Other than the new trailer, the developer also shared three new screenshots from the game's Nintendo Switch version. The photos showed players a glimpse of what they expect to see when the game actually launches next year.

Key features in Misc. A Tiny Tale includes classic platformer gameplay but from a unique, tiny perspective in relation to the world. In the game, everyday objects become massive obstacles that will block your way, according to Nintendo Life.
The title also features a ton of various collectible items that can be found in various corners of the environment. These include trash, coins, golden cogs, and even lost treasures. You can find these as you complete quests and help other characters.

Misc. A Tiny Tale has an array of unique and colorful characters that have their own quirks and personalities. These robots were made from various everyday objects and they all have heartfelt stories that you can learn more about.
The game was originally announced in 2020 and has spent four years in development in order to bring unique storytelling and challenging puzzles to players. The chibi robots that players control in Misc. A Tiny Tale are known as Buddy and Bag Boy, Game Rant said.
The developer describes its upcoming 3D platformer as a title that has a touch of nostalgia that makes it perfect for fans of the genre looking for something new on the Nintendo Switch. The game is said to make use of a mix of action and platforming segments.
The game's lore details a mysterious explosion that sent golden cogs and trash raining down from the sky. Now, Buddy and Bag Boy have to explore the world in order to restore each village to their former glory, according to Go Nintendo.
