Getting the Zora Scale
In the latest game in The Legend of Zelda series, the Zora Scale gives your character the ability to hold their breath longer when underwater. It is an accessory that you can get after completing The Zora Child's Fate Side Quest in Zora River Village, according to IGN.
In the Zora River Village, one particular Zora child will give you a side quest with a description that tells you a boy needs you to check in on his mother. It seems like she has been staring into a pool in their house and muttering to herself about monsters.
You then need to go inside the house to the left of the Zora child to find the aforementioned mother. She will be the one who gives you three monster quests. The mother will not directly tell you what monsters these are and will only provide clues.
