'Palworld' Guide on How to Capture, Breed Your Very Own Anubis

Palworld features a ton of different Pals that players can capture that have their own strengths and weaknesses.

One of these is Anubis, which is arguably one of the most useful Pals to have in your base or in your party. In this guide, we'll help you figure out how to either capture one of these Pals or breed your very own Anubis right at home.

How To Catch an Anubis

The first method, which is simpler, is to simply find an Anubis in the overworld, get its health down, and catch it with any type of Sphere. There are several areas that players can go to if they want to catch this particular Pal.

An Anubis boss can be found in the Desert area near the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant waypoint. This is a level 47 Pal that is somewhat isolated from any other Pal in the area. It is found near the center of this region, according to The Gamer.

Because this Pal is a ground type, it is weak to grass attacks and is resistant to electric attacks. Due to the boss' relatively high level, you should tackle it if you have stronger Pals that can take it out.

A recommended weapon is the Assault Rifle which has a fast rate of fire and a relatively strong damage output. If you prefer to get close and personal, a Sword can also be used against Anubis.

How To Breed an Anubis

The easier way, but much more time-consuming, is to breed your very own Anubis at your home base using the Egg Incubator. In order to do this, you need to get an Anubis Egg either from the overworld or by breeding, Games Radar said.

In order to get an Anubis Egg through breeding, you need certain Pals as well as a Breeding Farm to put them in. Fortunately, you have several combinations to choose from when trying to get an Anubis Egg.

The following are breeding combinations that will result in an Anubis Egg you can put inside your Egg Incubator:

Nitewing & Rayhound
Caprity and Beakon
Eikthrydeer and Beacon
Arsox and Pyrin
Penking and Bushi
Katress and Mossanda
Kitsune and Jormuntide

Probably the easiest combination to use is the first as both Nitewing and Rayhound Pals are easy to come by in certain areas. You can have one male and one female of either Pal and the breeding will still give you an Anubis Egg.

The particular type that you are looking for is a Huge Rocky Egg that will eventually hatch into a level 1 Anubis. Another recommendation is to put your Egg Incubator near a campfire or heat source to help warm up the egg to make the process faster, according to IGN.
