Fabledom, a magical world that was released in early access on Apr. 13, 2023, on Steam and later got a full release on May 13, 2024, just got an official release date for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
The upcoming console versions of the beloved relaxing city builder will come out on Sept. 12, 2024, and will be available for $24.99. Also, publisher Dear Villages and developer Grenaa Games announced that physical editions will be available for PlayStation 5 and Switch.
Fabledom's Console Release
The official overview for the game described Grenaa Games as a small but passionate studio that worked tirelessly to expand the cozy world of Fabledom. The studio delivered multiple updates and features throughout the game's early access period for a whole year.
These included expanded romantic journeys and diplomacy options as well as new fairy tale encounters that give players more magical things to discover. The studios described the game as the ideal laid-back city builder, according to Gematsu.
In this game, players can enjoy the growth of their settlement, and trade, and use diplomacy to ally or challenge neighboring regions, or even find themselves a prince or princess and live happily ever after.

Fabledom's key features include being able to create your own kingdom from scratch and fill it with castles, barracks, farms, fields, and many more. You can also customize your buildings however you like using a variety of decorations and utilities you have access to.
On top of these, players will be able to gather their armies, choose their champions, and defend their kingdom against attacking enemies and minions. You can also be on the offensive and conquer other regions by sending your hero to fight on your behalf, said NintendoEverything.
Grow Your Own Settlement
When you find your prince or princess, you can either choose to marry for love or for money. In feudal times, "diplomacy" is the name of the game and Fabledom offers extensive negotiation mechanics to allow players to unite out of mutual interest or a battle of dominance.
Fabledom is a game that offers players an accessible and intuitive way of playing city builders without using Excel sheets and optimization is not required. The game is set in a strange world where fairy tales become reality and you will witness your village grow.
If you don't prefer to conquer other regions, you can instead build your economy, exchange rare resources with neighboring areas, and grow and evolve your own settlement, according to XboxEra.
