Design Inspired by Tekken 8's Kazuya Mishima
The shoes draw inspiration from Kazuya Mishima, Tekken 8's main antagonist, reflecting his in-game attire. Sole Retriever details the design, featuring an iridescent Foamposite upper in armory navy with a crocodile skin texture. Black accents adorn the leather eyestays, collar, and tongue.
These Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One Fist shoes will retail for $250 upon their September release. Another colorway inspired by Jin Kazama is anticipated, although specifics are yet to be revealed.
Detailed Design Features
The Air Foamposite One showcases an iridescent finish on its upper, replicating Kazuya Mishima's jacket textures. The mid-foot carbon-fiber plate is replaced with a black plate, and the suede on the collar is substituted with leather.
The left tongue and insole feature Tekken 8 iconography, while the outsole highlights Mishima's Fist move in a unique translucent design. The shoes are packaged uniquely in a split-open box secured by elastic straps.
