Retro Racing Game Old School Rally Launches in Early Access for PC on July 19

Old School Rally, a retro racing game, will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam on July 19. The game is developed by Frozen Lake Games and published by Astrolabe Games. This launch aims to gather player feedback to refine and enhance the game further.

Exciting Features in Early Access

The Early Access version of Old School Rally will include numerous cars, various tracks, and multiple modes like Rally and Time Trial. This version will introduce new cars, stages, soundtracks, and many requested features such as Ghost, Steering Sensitivity, Alternate Liveries, Stage Optimization, and Wheel Support.

The developers plan to keep the Early Access period open for six to ten months, during which they will update the game with new modes, features, and content based on player feedback.

Old School Rally stands out for its nostalgic visual style and thrilling racing gameplay, reminiscent of late '90s rally games. With over 55,000 players already adding the game to their wishlists, it has built a passionate community eager to experience the Early Access version.

What to Expect in the Full Release

Astrolabe Games has provided an overview of what players can expect from Old School Rally. The game will feature carefully crafted retro visuals, a variety of rally tracks from around the world, and a diverse lineup of rally cars inspired by legendary models from the past. Players can race on different surfaces, including dirt, tarmac, and snow, testing their driving skills across various terrains.

The complete edition of Old School Rally will include a wider selection of cars and tracks, enhanced gameplay mechanics, and additional features. It will also include leaderboards and achievements, encouraging players to compete globally and climb to the top rankings.
