What Was Revealed?

During the AMA, Behaviour Interactive addressed community concerns about gameplay issues, particularly with certain maps causing frustration among players. The studio plans to overhaul several maps, including Badham Preschool, Garden of Joy, Midwich Elementary School, and Backwater Swamp, to enhance gameplay experiences.

In addition to map updates, Behaviour Interactive discussed plans to enhance gameplay elements such as killers, survivors, and perks. They emphasized their commitment to improving less-used perks, citing the recent update to the Twins as an example. Notably, they hinted at upcoming buffs for Freddy, from the A Nightmare on Elm Street chapter.

Future Developments

Looking ahead, Behaviour Interactive is considering new rewards for players who reach higher prestige levels and explore additional cosmetic options beyond the current blue-themed Rift system. These updates aim to keep the game fresh and engaging for its dedicated player base.

While Behaviour Interactive has faced criticism for its recent communications, such as the mixed reception of the Lara Croft update, their direct engagement with the community through platforms like Reddit demonstrates a proactive approach to addressing player feedback.
